Ah Hock (Blog one)

Father died! I could not believe it...after all we have always taken father for granted, no one wanted him to be gone like that. But even though he is gone, we must not give up hope, there is still ways to survive! I told Mother that Mr Chong offered me a job at his shop, but to take up a job...I have to stop my education...this means i will not be able to go to school anymore with Ah Kee and the rest! But what choice do i have? I am the eldest brother of the family, and mother alone cannot provide for so many of us, it is a huge sacrifice i am going to make, but if it helps the whole family then i do not mind
